The Release turned heads and earned rave reviews from the cycling press when it debuted. We’re proud of that fact, but (at the risk of sounding conceited) we’re not entirely surprised. Our patent-pending Level Link system is the best-pedaling suspension design we’ve ever cooked up. What’s more, the bike’s progressive geometry helps makes the Release fast and flickable, yet supremely confident at high speeds. It’s a winning combination.
We equipped the Release 2 with a host of reliable components, including Shimano SLX 12-speed and a 150mm Fox Rhythm 34 fork — a fork that plows through big hits without diving or flexing. Tackle tough climbs and fast, steep, technical descents aboard the Release 2.
